Plumbing, electrical, HVAC rough-in, then insulation and drywall.
Interior Finishes
Cabinetry, stone, flooring, millwork, tile, paint, fixtures and appliances.
Final Walkthrough & Handover
Punch list, final inspections, certificate of occupancy — and we hand you the keys.

Trusses are being set today and it's looking beautiful — the great-room ceiling is going to be a showstopper. We're on track for the framing inspection on the 21st. I'll post fresh photos this evening.
